The sugar in our fudge is ground specifically for fudge and gives it more than just sweetness, it gives our fudge its consistently creamy texture, great flavor and long shelf life
We always use fresh, salted butter
Fruit Mashes: we used Raspberry Mash for Raspberry Swirl

The mint fudge was quite possibly the best mint dessert I’ve ever had. The flavor was spot on, just the perfect amount of mint. And the chocolate was creamy and delicious. Ordering some online now after finishing the piece I bought in person!!
