Photography at Williams Tree Farm

We love being part of the memories you make at Williams Tree Farm! Guests are welcome to take as many personal photos as they would like while visiting the farm or choosing their Christmas tree.

Photography Sessions

Families are welcome to schedule a session at the farm and bring a photographer of their choice, whether that photographer is a professional, amateur, family member, or friend. Photographers may also reserve time at the farm to offer sessions for their own clients, including:

  • Family sessions
  • Mini sessions
  • Engagement photos
  • Senior photos
  • Maternity sessions
  • Holiday sessions
  • Other portrait sessions

Any planned photography session involving a photographer must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance.

2026 Photography Rates

$50 for the first hour
$10 for each additional hour

  • One reservation may cover the photographer’s scheduled time at the farm, including multiple clients or mini sessions booked within that reserved time.
  • Photography reservations provide access to the farm during the scheduled time but do not guarantee exclusive use of a particular area.
  • Photography sessions are available throughout most of the year, including weekdays and many non-peak weekends.
  • Photography sessions will not be available on the following peak-season dates:
    • November 26–29, 2026
    • December 5, 6, 12, and 13, 2026

We understand that coordinating schedules, especially for large families, can be challenging. That is why our photography calendar is available throughout the year.

As a family-owned Christmas tree farm, our primary season lasts only about six weeks. During our busiest dates, we are unable to make exceptions or accommodate additional photography requests. We encourage families and photographers to consider weekdays, non-peak weekends, or sessions earlier in November and December for a more relaxed experience.

Santa Photography

Williams Tree Farm has a Santa who appears exclusively at our farm. Because of this special partnership, outside Santas are not permitted on the property. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you to the farm!
