WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
Starting Saturday, November 14th, 2020:
Weekdays: 9am to 8 pm
Weekends: 9am to 8 pm
Thanksgiving Day: 9am to 2 pm
Christmas Eve: 9am to 2 pm
Closed for the season Christmas day

WHAT ARE YOUR COVID-19 POLICIES?
All of our staff will be wearing masks at all times. We are required to require all guests to wear face coverings/masks in all of our buildings as well as  outdoor activities when you can’t socially distance. If you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing a mask, you are exempt from this order. Therefore, if we see you without a mask we will assume you have a medical condition and we will welcome you inside to support our business. To help slow the spread of Covid-19, each of our employees has committed to staying home if they experience any symptoms, and we ask you to do the same. All employees will have their temperature taking upon arrival each day. Each employee will be wearing a mask and or be at least six feet away whenever possible. Regular hand washing breaks will be taken.

WHAT WILL YOUR INDOORS LOOK LIKE?
Limited capacity is in place in all of our buildings: Lodge, Keeping Room & Tree Barn. We will be placing many of our favorite items like our homemade fudge, cider donuts, popcorn, hot & cold beverages, etc… in all our retail locations to allow guests to get their favorite items without entering all of our stores. All high touch surfaces, shopping baskets, carts, and restrooms will be cleaned regularly.

WILL THE CAFE BE OPEN?
Our Cabin Café will be open, when we are not hosting food trucks, with a limited menu from 10am-7pm. On certain weekends we will have food trucks throughout the grounds for you try delicious fun food! No indoor dining. We will have multiple heated tents for your comfort.

WHAT OTHER COVID-19 RELATED CHANGES?
Santa will be located in a heated tent inside the Children’s Farm; $1 per person entrance fee. Due to capacity restrictions Horse Drawn Wagons will be a reservation based ride. Reservations can be made online or at the farm. We have increased our tractor wagon capacity for transportation to and from our tree fields.

CAN I STILL BOOK A GROUP TOUR?
Weekday Group Tours will be limited to 10-25 people in an effort to limit people from congregating and to maintain social distance. Visit our Group Tours page for more details.

WHAT OTHER OPTIONS ARE YOU OFFERING?
Online Ordering/Curbside Pick-Up will be provided this season so that we can service those guests that would like to keep from being in contact with others.

DO YOU TAKE CREDIT CARDS?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards in all of our pay areas

WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Once you arrive to our farm we provide you with a map and saw. Our farm is a choose and cut farm meaning that you are free to wander on over 300 acres of fields to find the perfect tree.  Make sure to pick up a Map, so you know where you are headed at all times!!  You have the options of a tractor pulled wagon to take you out into the trees, or you can use a tree cart and enjoy a beautiful walk! Also Monday through Thursdays you can drive to the fields in your car. We also provide complimentary twine to tie your tree down on your vehicle.  Please ask for help if needed. We also feature freshly cut trees in our Tree barn for your convenience.

CAN I BRING MY OWN SAW OR CHAIN SAW?
We provide you with a saw and Yes, you can bring your own hand saw, but for the your safety and the safety of all our guest, leave the chain saw at home.

PRE-CUT TREES
We offer a wide variety of trees in various sizes in our Tree Barn and this year there will also be pre-cut trees outside the Tree Barn. We also  offer a selection of flocked trees.

DO I HAVE TO BUY A TREE TO ENJOY THE FARM?
Not at all!  Come out and enjoy the other activities going on, on the farm! Our Children’s farm is open for you and your kiddos to enjoy; $1 per person entrance fee.  Includes Feed and access to Santa.  Stop by our Gift shop and shop from thousands of ornaments and gifts.  Enjoy a sandwich or soup from our Cabin cafe or a sweet treat from our Fudge corner.  You are also welcomed to hop on the wagon ride and enjoy the scenic views the farm has to offer!  There is so much to see and do; create memories!!

PHOTOGRAPHY
We encourage our farm guests to take as many photos as they would like while they are cutting their tree or visiting with Santa. We welcome professional photographers who would like to bring their own clients to the farm, known as Photography Days.  As well as families who want to bring a photographer along to capture the day! However, you must book your session in advance.  Sorry, but we cannot allow WEEKEND photo sessions on the farm after we open for the season.

WHAT IS YOUR PRICING?

ARE DOGS ALLOWED?
You are welcome to bring your furry friends but we do ask that they remain on a leash during your visit and that if they use the bathroom while on the farm, you pick up after them.

CAN WE DRIVE IN THE FIELDS?
Driving is only allowed on certain days/weekends; for safety reasons. Please park in the main parking lot and either walk into the fields or ride the wagon.  Call ahead to find out details.

WILL SANTA BE VISITING?
Santa is a pretty big deal around our farm and will be visiting us starting November 14th & 15th and every weekend until December 19th & 20th.  He will also be visiting Mondays, Wednesday, & Friday weeknights. He then returns to the North Pole to supervise the elves in the toy factory in preparation for the big night.
