We also provide complimentary twine to tie your tree down on your vehicle.  Please ask for help if needed. We also feature freshly cut trees in our Tree barn for your convenience.

CAN I BRING MY OWN SAW OR CHAIN SAW?
We provide you with a saw and Yes, you can bring your own hand saw, but for the your safety and the safety of all our guest, leave the chain saw at home.

FRESH-CUT TREES
Why do we bring in fresh-cut trees?  Many of our guests come a long way to come to our farm.  We want to provide a selection of sizes that suit most of our guests.  The average tree in our field starts as a four year old transplant.  From the time of planting, it takes seven to ten years to get to cutting size.  Many of our trees are cut before they reach the size our guests want.  Thus, we bring in larger trees both as a convenience and to supplement our field selection.  These trees are cut from Northern Wisconsin farms that use irrigation and similar growing practices to our own.  Of course, we guarantee these trees the same as any tree you would cut out of our field.

DO I HAVE TO BUY A TREE TO ENJOY THE FARM?
Not at all!  Come out and enjoy the other activities going on, on the farm! Our Children’s farm is open for you and your kiddos to enjoy.  Our Kiddie train runs on the weekends only (weather permitting) only $2/person.  Stop by our Gift shop and shop from thousands of ornaments and gifts.  Enjoy a sandwich or soup from our Cabin cafe or a sweet treat from our Fudge corner.  You are also welcomed to hop on the wagon ride and enjoy the scenic views the farm has to offer!  There is so much to see and do; create memories!!

PHOTOGRAPHY
We encourage our farm guests to take as many photos as they would like while they are cutting their tree or visiting with Santa. We welcome professional photographers who would like to bring their own clients to the farm, known as Photography Days.  As well as families who want to bring a photographer along to capture the day! However, you must pre-register and schedule with Ellie at 815.624.7579. Please call for further details and Photography days availability!  There is a fee of $45 per family site fee.  Sorry, but we cannot allow WEEKEND photo sessions on the farm after we open for the season.

You are welcome to bring your furry friends but we do ask that they remain on a leash during your visit and that if they use the bathroom while on the farm, you pick up after them.
