Because of the weather and the day of the week our family was about the only ones at the tree farm. Everyone was very accommodating to us. The wagon driver let us move the time up for our scheduled ride and waited for us as we selected and cut our tree.

We ended up opting out of the ride. There were so many people that we felt it would be unsafe due to covid. We also were unable to even find where to get on the wagon, and we didn’t want to stick around or have to go inside to find out. The only ride we saw were the tractor rides.

The guide was super knowledgeable about everything at the farm. We loved hearing about the history. It was quick enough that the kids liked it but long enough for us to enjoy it as well. The man who was the driver behind Jack and Frost was so caring and had so much patience with a blind girl in our group. He let her have a interaction with them by touch explaining all the parts of the harness and what it does so she would have a better understanding. He told the story behind the farm starting which was interesting. It was amazing to see the connection he had with the horses which he explained been driving them for several years. Very nice man and very nice experience we had that day. It was my first time going and will be back again. Also have recommended to several people.

This year was a little different. Instead of a wagon full of strangers just trying to get a ride to their tree, it was a only few strangers (who all laughed with each other) on a much longer, and more enjoyable tour of the property. We learned a little history and had a lot of fun. In my opinion, that is better than a quick lift to a certain area, looking for a specific type of tree.

We had our family of 6, I wasn’t sure how to pay with the small children? I just purchased 2 spaces for $16 which I feel was a bit over priced. Liked it better as it was in the past, where you could pick our tree and then get back on the horse wagon ride. The ride was pretty short also.

We have been coming to Williams tree farm since we moved to Wisconsin in the mid 90’s! We have brought our 8 children throughout the years and now we return each year with our grandchildren. This year was the best yet.! Hard to believe given the COVID 19 pall over everything. Having to pay a nominal fee to reserve a spot on the horse drawn wagon worked out just fine and so did paying $1.00 per person to visit Mr. & Mrs. Claus and feed the animals. All in all is was a great day with good memories to take home along with the tree! See you next year!

This was our first time here, and we started with the carriage ride. It was perfect! It allowed us a preview of your beautiful farm before we headed out to find the perfect tree! We purchased the entire wagon for 2 ride times, 1 following the other, and invited our whole family including the little ones. We had SO much FUN. Williams Tree Farm personnel were great. We stayed for food truck eats, animals, and walking around (or should I say following the little ones around!). We recommend this experience and will visit Williams again. Thank you!

We enjoyed the story of the farm a lot, but we anticipated a much longer ride around the farm. It was way too short for the price considering we used to get a much longer ride for free a couple years ago. We’ve been coming to the farm for years now and always looked forward to the horse drawn wagon rides, so we were definitely disappointed with the length of the ride. We have been coming to enjoy your farm, especially for the wagon rides since 1989. Remember when your gift shop was a small shed and we went across the street for the rides going through the covered bridge.
All the drivers, Gary, Beth and Gail are fun and we can tell how much they love what they do. Your horses are phenomenal too. Never a bad ride. Do miss the days of them going around and around picking up and dropping off throughout the trees.
Hoping you folks keep them going.
We can go to any farm for a tree but no one has the horse drawn wagons.
